Shipping and Delivery

Free pickup in Piedmont, Alabama

All orders can be picked up at no charge at our manufacturing facility in Piedmont, Alabama. We'll contact you within 24 hours of your order with an expected ready date and the pickup address.

Freight Delivery

We do not charge freight at checkout. If freight is needed instead of local pickup, please let us know as soon as possible. After your order is placed, we arrange freight through a local carrier and send you a separate invoice based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Freight is charged per loaded mile, one way, and current diesel prices mean rates move. We'll always confirm the amount with you before anything ships.

Large Items

Hay feeders, horse feeders, and cattle guards ship as single solid units and may require specialized transport due to width. We'll tell you if that applies to your order.

Lead Time

Products are hand-built in small batches after your order is placed. Allow one to two weeks from order date before shipping or pickup.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the freight carrier takes possession at our facility, or when you take possession at pickup. Inspect your order on delivery and report any shipping damage to the carrier and us immediately.
