Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS except:

• Product is defective (covered under manufacturer warranty)

• We shipped the wrong product

• Product was damaged during shipping (damage must be documented on the delivery receipt or bill of lading and reported to Southern Roots Supplies within 48 hours of delivery)

YOU CANNOT RETURN PRODUCTS BECAUSE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND, ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, OR ARE DISSATISFIED WITH NORMAL VARIATIONS IN HANDMADE PRODUCTS.
