Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold through Southern Roots Supplies, LLC are warranted by Singleton Cattle Panels and Cattle Systems LLC, the manufacturer. Southern Roots Supplies does not manufacture products and does not provide product warranties. All warranty obligations rest with Singleton Cattle Panels and Cattle Systems. Southern Roots Supplies serves as the point of contact for warranty claims and will coordinate resolution with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Standard Warranty Terms

All products, including agricultural equipment, welded steel structures, and paint and finish, are warranted by Singleton Farms for thirty (30) days from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery, not the date of order. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage Includes

• Defects in materials (steel, hardware, fasteners)

• Defects in workmanship (welding, fabrication, assembly)

• Manufacturing errors affecting structural integrity or function

• Product failure due to manufacturing defects under normal use

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use

• Rust, corrosion, or weathering from exposure to elements

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or use beyond product specifications

• Improper installation or failure to follow standard agricultural equipment installation practices

• Modifications or alterations to the product

• Damage during shipping after product leaves manufacturer facility

• Acts of nature (storms, floods, earthquakes, fire)

• Commercial or industrial use (warranty applies to agricultural use only)

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, contact Southern Roots Supplies with the following information:

• Order number and date of purchase

• Product name and description

• Clear photos of the defect or issue from multiple angles

• Detailed description of the problem

• When the issue first appeared

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact Southern Roots Supplies with your warranty claim information using the contact details above.

2. Southern Roots Supplies reviews your claim and coordinates with Singleton Cattle Panels and Cattle Systems within 24-48 hours.

3. Singleton Cattle Panels and Cattle Systems determines whether the issue is covered under the warranty.

4. If approved, Singleton Cattle Panels and Cattle Systems provides repair or replacement at no charge to you. 

5. Southern Roots Supplies coordinates the resolution and keeps you informed throughout the process.

Important Warranty Information

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to original purchaser

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required for warranty claims

• Warranty period begins on date of delivery, not date of order

• Warranty claims must be filed within thirty (30) days of delivery

• Southern Roots Supplies coordinates all warranty claims but manufacturer makes final determination

Limitation of Liability

THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. SOUTHERN ROOTS SUPPLIES, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE MANUFACTURER'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. MANUFACTURER AND SOUTHERN ROOTS SUPPLIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF LIVESTOCK. THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS IN SOUTHERN ROOTS SUPPLIES' TERMS OF SERVICE, AVAILABLE AT SOUTHERNROOTSSUPPLIES.COM, WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising

under this warranty shall be resolved in the Circuit Court of Talladega County, Alabama,

consistent with Southern Roots Supplies’ Terms of Service.
